How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on in Canada and the US on all orders over $500USD.
What shipping company do you use?
We use DHL in the US and Canpar in Canada.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Expect 2-3 weeks for most items. Our furniture is made to order and it can take up to 10 business days to craft each piece. Shipping times vary slightly depending on your location.

Do you ship beyond standard service areas?
Yes. Less populous areas are subject to additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
We know Caramba will look great in your place, but we offer easy returns in case you change your mind. You can return anything within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging.
To initiate your return you need to:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll email you a shipping label and instructions for making your return. All returns will be charged standard shipping rates.
Once we’ve received your product, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment within seven days. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
What if my product is defective or broken?
We take extra care to be sure that only flawless products leave our workshop. Each item is hand-finished and checked by actual humans.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we’ll arrange a replacement product, store credit, or refund, and will cover any associated shipping costs. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and full details (photos are great, too). We just want you to be happy!
